What is breathwork?
Simply put, breathwork is a practice in which you develop a soft awareness of your breath as it moves in and out of your body. It is considered the most effective stress release and self-healing practice.
Is breathwork for me?
More than 90% of adults use less than 50% of their breathing capacity! Insufficient oxygen intake severely impacts their health and overall well-being.

My method:
breathwork & coaching
Both breathwork and coaching are powerful healing tools. Coaching focuses on what is conscious, while breathwork works on the subconscious.
It is crucial to apply both of those techniques to access the full spectrum of our being. The two methods are complementary and at their most powerful when used in tandem.
I combine coaching with breathwork because I believe that a deep transformation comes through engaging both body and mind.
Sessions
Breathwork can be practiced individually or in a group setting. Individual and group sessions are currently being offered in person in Corralejo, Fuerteventura (ES), and virtually from anywhere in the world.
Currently, I provide three session types, each differing in intensity, target audience, and level of commitment.

Gentle Release

Radical Expansion
An intense, transformative 8-week program combining coaching, breathwork and bodywork to unlock your full potential.

In person and online workshops for maintaining a regular practice, reducing stress, and expanding self-awareness.
