Why Gentle Release?

I chose term Gentle Release to emphasize that this session type is about definitive and profound connection with your emotions and how they manifest in your body.

The focus is on liberating yourself from whatever is currently troubling you in a radical way. While intensity of the session will always depend on your preference, I encourage dropping inhibitions and letting your body fully express itself. It may come in a form of crying, shouting, kicking or humming, although it very well may be silent. The idea is to let things go and accept the expression for whatever it is. There are no right or wrong practices.

Gentle Release is not only about feeling your emotions but also about understanding and integrating them. Each emotion carries a profound wisdom that teaches us how to open the door to a better, freer, and more authentic life.

Who is it for?

You are new to the subject of breathwork, somatic work and self-healing. You are curious but you do not know what to expect. One to one session is the solution for you.
